Awareness akan bahaya yang diciptakan lingkungan luar mendorong masyarakat mulai tertarik dengan konsep hunian ini.
Berdasarkan studi Spire Research and Consulting terbaru, ketertarikan terhadap teknologi ini terbilang baru di Indonesia. Ditambah dengan ketertarikan terhadap teknologi canggih yang semakin tinggi, seiring dengan arus digitalisasi yang semakin kencang masuk ke Indonesia, menjadikan Gen Milenial menjadi target pasar empuk untuk pengembang teknologi smart home.
