Telkomsel’s investment in Gojek is added to strengthen collaboration in working on technology and digital markets.
Jakarta, TechnoBusiness ID • Telkomsel, the largest digital telecommunications company in Indonesia, today announced that it has increased its investment in Gojek by US$300 million.

Telkomsel’s investment in Gojek was added, following an investment in November 2020 worth US$150 million, aimed at strengthening the collaboration of the two companies in working on the market.
President Director of Telkomsel Setyanto Hantoro said that Telkomsel’s investment in Gojek this time emphasized the common vision of the two companies that were both born and developed in the digital realm. [the_ad id=”13590″]
“Telkomsel is optimistic that this latest investment effort will open more opportunities for the public to enjoy more technology-based innovations created by the nation’s children,” he said.

Telkomsel’s investment in Gojek is also part of the company’s strategy in strengthening the company’s digital business trifecta, namely Digital Connectivity, Digital Platform, and Digital Services. [the_ad id=”13590″]
To note, Telkomsel’s first investment in Gojek has encouraged various customer-centric service collaboration initiatives in strengthening the digital ecosystems of the two companies.
Some of these initiatives, including the integration of the Telkomsel MyAds service with GoBiz, make it easier for Gojek’s UMKM partnerships to become Telkomsel resellers through the DigiPOS Aja! application. [the_ad id=”13590″]

Then, the presence of more than 20,000 Telkomsel outlet/reseller partners on the GoShop service and co-marketing collaboration between Telkomsel Dunia Games and GoPay.
