AEF HSBC Jumpstarter 2022 Competition Offers US$4 Million Prize

The AEF HSBC Jumpstarter 2022 competition offers an investment prize of up to US$4 million.

Jakarta, TechnoBusiness ID ●Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund (AEF), an annual startup competition in Southeast Asia, including Indonesia, was again held under the name AEF HSBC Jumpstarter 2022 Global Pitch Competition.

At the initial stage, the competition, which is open from today until November 28, will select 100 participants to then follow the pitching phase in December.

A total of 10 selected participants will advance to the final round in March next year to compete for a total investment of US$4 million and other awards.

Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited and Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation as one of the organizers will also disburse the investment.

Last year, in Jumpstarter 2021, startup Indonesia Outpos won an award in the retail category and ranked in the top 10 out of 2,000 participating participants from around the world.

This year, the top 10 finalists of the AEF HSBC Jumpstarter 2022 have the opportunity to participate in exchanges and market research activities in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area of ​​China.

Meanwhile, the best 100 participants are entitled to take part in the Alibaba Netpreneur Training Program, a training program organized by Alibaba.
