Tod Nielsen was appointed as global CEO of Talkwalker to accelerate global business growth.
California, TechnoBusiness Star (English Edition) ● Talkwalker, a global consumer intelligence company from Luxembourg, recently said it would accelerate its global business growth.
To that end, Talkwalker, which was founded in 2009 and now has offices in New York, San Francisco, Frankfurt, Singapore, Paris, Tokyo, London, and Milan, appointed a new global CEO, Tod Nielsen.
Tod Nielsen is an industry practitioner with decades of experience at companies such as Salesforce, VMware, and Microsoft, who currently serves as president and CEO of FinancialForce.

Tod Nielsen replaces Robert Glaesener who occupies the position of chairman and board of directors. During Glaesener’s 10 years as CEO, Talkwalker has grown rapidly from a startup to a global company.
In 2020, based on company data, more than 800 new brands for a total of 2,500 brands chose Talkwalker to understand customers. That’s what boosted the company’s revenue by 38%.
Tod Nielsen, according to Glaesener, is the best leader who will be able to carry Talkwalker to a new scale and phase of growth. “I would love to work with Tod Nielsen,” he said.
Tod Nielsen promised to continue the foundation of Talkwalker’s growth and success. Also, it will position Talkwalker’s technology and platform as a global market leader.●
