Singapore, TechnoBusiness SG ● Razer, Inc. (HKG: 1337), a multinational gaming lifestyle device manufacturer from Irvine, California, United States, today officially opened its Southeast Asia regional headquarters in Singapore.
Located in One-North, the black-and-blue building in Queenstown’s high-tech business district is a sign of Razer’s success in this emerging market.
The building is also a driving force for Razer to grow even more rapidly, both in terms of innovation, design, and sustainable programs.
“With regional headquarters in Southeast Asia, we are excited to expand our family in Singapore from 600 to 1,000 employees,” said Min-Liang Tan, co-founder and CEO of Razer.
Interestingly, the Southeast Asia regional headquarters is not only a home for Razer employees but is also open to the public because Razer completes it with RazerStore and RazerCafe.
The RazerStore will further excite gaming enthusiasts in this regional market, particularly Singapore, and increase the number of users of the Razer software platform which now reaches 150 million worldwide.
The Razer software includes the Razer Synapse Internet of Things platform, the Razer Chroma RGB lighting technology system, and the Razer Cortex game launch and optimizer program.
For payments, Razer has a virtual credit service for Razer Gold gamers fans and Razer Fintech’s offline-to-online digital payment network.
With the opening of its Southeast Asia regional headquarters in Singapore, Razer now has regional headquarters in three cities, the other two in Hamburg and Shanghai, and 18 representative offices.●
