Jakarta, TechnoBusiness Star ID ● Fadzri Sentosa, mantan Direktur Enterprise dan Wholesale PT Indosat Tbk. (IDX: ISAT), didapuk menjadi Presiden Komisaris PT Yeloo Integra Datanet Tbk. (IDX: YELO), penyedia jasa penyewaan alat teknologi komunikasi di Tanah Air.
Fadzri Sentosa resmi menduduki posisi tertinggi di Dewan Komisaris Yeloo Integra Datanet setelah ditetapkan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) yang digelar di Jakarta pada Rabu (5/1).

Fadzri Sentosa ditunjuk karena memiliki pengalaman lebih dari 20 tahun di dunia telekomunikasi dan distribusi. Ia mengawali kariernya di Indosat, lalu secara berturut-turut menjadi direktur di PT IM3, PT Satelindo, PT IM2, dan PT Lintasarta.
Ia juga pernah menjadi direktur di Perum Bulog, Senior Advisor Telkomtelstra, dan sebelum diangkat menjadi Presiden Komisaris Yeloo Integra Datanet, ia menjabat sebagai CEO Trans Hybrid Communication sejak November 2018.
Fadzri Sentosa memiliki pengalaman lebih dari 20 tahun di industri telekomunikasi.
Direktur Utama Yeloo Integra Datanet Wewy Suwanto mengatakan bergabungnya Fadzri Sentosa sebagai presiden komisaris akan membawa angin segar bagi perusahaan yang berdampak pada pertumbuhan. “Ia juga akan membantu rencana ekspansi bisnis Yeloo agar terlaksana lebih cepat,” katanya.
Berdasarkan laporan keuangan perusahaan, pendapatan bersih Yeloo Integra Datanet pada tiga kuartal pertama 2021 melonjak hampir 500% menjadi Rp2,2 miliar jika dibandingkan dengan periode yang sama tahun lalu. Sumbangan pendapatan terbesar berasal dari penjualan digital produk.

Tahun ini, Yeloo Integra Datanet akan berekspansi ke bisnis konektivitas berbasis fiber optik dengan harga terjangkau. “Hal ini dilakukan sebagai persiapan Yeloo untuk masuk ke dunia Metaverse yang sudah semakin dekat,” jelas Wewy.●
