Dalam penilaian terbaru yang dilakukan oleh lembaga pemeringkat tempat kerja terbaik yang juga asal Negeri Paman Sam itu, Cisco Indonesia dinilai unggul dalam menerapkan budaya kerja, pengalaman karyawan, dan kepemimpinan efektif dibanding perusahaan-perusahaan lainnya.

Sebanyak 96% karyawan menyatakan Cisco Indonesia merupakan tempat kerja yang bagus, lebih tinggi dibanding 53% perusahaan global pada umumnya. Sebanyak 98% karyawan mengatakan fasilitas perusahaan berkontribusi pada lingkungan kerja yang baik.

Rahasia Cisco

Atas predikat sebagai tempat kerja terbaik itu, Managing Director Cisco Indonesia Marina Kacaribu membuka rahasianya. Ia mengatakan bahwa Cisco telah menjadi pendukung utama praktik kerja hybrid (hybrid work) sejak beberapa dekade lalu.

Cisco selalu memberdayakan karyawan untuk bekerja dengan cara yang paling sesuai bagi mereka sendiri. Perusahaan menerapkan conscious culture, yaitu cara hidup yang membantu karyawan menumbuhkan kesadaran bahwa mereka merupakan bagian dari lingkungan.

Cisco menjadi tempat kerja terbaik karena selalu memberdayakan karyawan untuk bekerja dengan cara yang paling sesuai bagi mereka sendiri.

Bukan hanya itu, karyawan juga merasa bertanggung jawab, diberdayakan, dan secara aktif berkontribusi pada budaya yang beragam dan inklusif sehingga memungkinkan setiap orang merasa aman dan dapat berkembang jika bekerja di Cisco.

Yang tak kalah menarik dari program-program yang ada adalah program Day for Me. Cisco meluncurkan program Day for Me yang memungkinkan karyawan meluangkan waktu untuk diri mereka sendiri pada hari-hari yang telah ditentukan.

Ada juga program Time2Give yang memberi kesempatan kepada karyawan untuk menemukan makna dan tujuan di luar pekerjaan sehari-hari mereka dan menginvestasikan waktu dan sumber daya mereka ke dalam kegiatan nirlaba, pendampingan, penggalangan dana, dan pemberian kembali.
